Eating Disorder Dietitian - Adults and Adolescents
Hi, I’m Bri Gulker! I’m a Registered Dietitian who is deeply committed to guiding individuals in healing their relationship with food by fostering self-compassion and supporting them in navigating complexities of eating disorder recovery. I worked at the partial hospitalization level of care before transitioning to outpatient care the past few years. I am committed to creating a safe, collaborative space for clients across all body sizes, identities, and backgrounds – including the LGBTQ+ community, recreational athletes, and those facing limited food access.
Bri's Approach
As a HAES-aligned (Health at Every Size) dietitian, I prioritize providing non-judgmental care that is weight-inclusive, welcoming, and does not place hierarchical value or moral labels on food. My work is non-diet focused, and I genuinely enjoy engaging with clients to explore evidence-based nutrition and collaboratively debunk the pervasive myths of diet culture. My goal is to meet each individual where they are at when guiding them in their journey of healing their relationship with food, body, and movement.
About Bri Gulker
Though originally from Michigan, I’ve enjoyed living all across the West. When I’m not working with clients, you can often find me enjoying the outdoors, whether I am hiking or trail running through the mountains or spending time rock climbing. I also enjoy quieter moments cozying up with a good book or watching a movie. My favorite ongoing hobby, however, is visiting local bakeries in my quest to find the most delicious sourdough loaf and cookie ever.
