Eating Disorder Dietitian

Position Type: Hybrid (WFH up to 2 days/week)
We’re seeking a highly motivated and passionate Part Time Eating Disorder Dietitian to join our team at Nutrition Braved. As a part-time registered outpatient nutrition counselor, you will work with patients in a private practice setting, both on-site and via telehealth. We specialize in treating various eating disorders, including binge eating disorder (BED), anorexia nervosa (AN), bulimia nervosa (BN), other specified feeding or eating disorders (OSFED), avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), orthorexia, compulsive exercise, emotional eating, and chronic dieting behaviors with or without a formal diagnosis.

Job Description for Part-Time Eating Disorder Dietitian
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual nutrition counseling both on-site and virtually
- Participate in weekly team collaboration meetings and trainings
- Maintain full-time availability to hold an average of 12 patient sessions per week
- Collaborate with patient’s treatment team as necessary
- Comply with standardization of care and employee practices/expectations around patient follow-ups, notes, collaboration of care, etc.
- Complete state and federal continuing education requirements and training
Position Requirements:
- Registered Dietitian Licensed in the State of Illinois
- 2+ years of experience working with adolescent/teen eating disorder patients post licensure
- 1+ years higher level of care eating disorder experience
- Strong understanding of Intuitive Eating and HAES principles
- Excellent nutrition counseling skills practicing from a weight-inclusive lens

Compensation for this position is based on experience and caseload (paid by clinical hour for part-time employees). We will also work with you to facilitate caseload build-up.
