Are you a compassionate Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) interested in supporting individuals with eating disorders? Nutrition Braved, LLC, is looking for a dedicated LCPC/LCSW Therapist to join our team.
As a full-time outpatient therapist, you’ll work with patients both on-site and via telehealth. Our practice focuses on treating a variety of eating disorders, compulsive exercise, emotional eating, and chronic dieting behaviors, with or without formal diagnoses.

Job Description for LCPC/LCSW Therapist
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans both on-site and virtually.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Utilize crisis intervention techniques to address immediate mental health concerns
- Maintain full-time availability to hold an average of 22 patient sessions per week
- Participate in weekly team collaboration meetings and trainings
- Collaborate with patient’s treatment team as necessary
- Comply with standardization of care and employee practices/expectations around patient follow-ups, notes, collaboration of care, etc.
- Complete state and federal continuing education requirements and training
Position Requirements:
- Master’s degree in counseling or social work
- LCPC or LCSW licensed in Illinois.
- 1+ years of experience with eating disorder patients post-licensure.
- Previous experience at a higher-level care eating disorder facility.
- Belief in weight-inclusive care and alignment with HAES principles.
- Strong computer and EMR skills.
