Seeking Eating Disorder Treatment?
We know how difficult it can be to find an eating disorder informed dietitian, and we’re here to
help you navigate this process. We have multiple dietitians who are Certified Eating Disorder
Specialists, and all of our dietitians have experience at higher levels of care.
Eating Disorders We Treat
We see both adolescents and adults with all types of eating disorders, including:
Anorexia Nervosa
Bulimia Nervosa
Binge Eating Disorder
Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID)
Other Specified Feeding and Eating Disorder (OSFED)
We also see patients without a diagnosed eating disorder who may be struggling with
disordered eating, emotional eating, and chronic dieting.
Our Treatment Approach
We use a team-based, collaborative approach. Our dietitians collaborate with each patient’s
therapist and physician to ensure that they get comprehensive care. Our practice is also aligned
with the Health at Every Size (HAES) philosophy, which acknowledges the natural diversity of
body sizes and promotes size acceptance.
When Should I Seek Help?
Eating disorders and disordered eating look different for everyone, but some common warning
signs of an eating disorder include:
Skipping meals or avoiding certain types of food
Ignoring hunger cues or going for long periods without eating
Compensating for eating with restriction, exercise, or other measures
Preoccupation with food
Feeling anxiety or guilt about eating certain foods
Body comments or comparisons
Very slow or very rapid meal times
