Grace Stokes

My experience with eating disorders began early in my training as a registered dietitian nutritionist where I worked alongside intuitive eating/eating disorder dietitians. Along the way, I independently developed training materials for health providers to help tackle weight bias in the healthcare system and provided workshops to help people in the communities explore intuitive eating and body compassion. I began my career in the residential level of care working primarily with adolescents. After 2 years of intense learning, I expanded into working with adults and supervising other dietitians growing in the field of eating disorders at Center for Discovery. I’m excited to begin offering support in the outpatient setting as an eating disorder and PCOS dietitian helping clients develop food freedom.
