In-person nutrition counseling services are available at our Naperville office. We accept insurance for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Aetna, Cigna and United Healthcare.
For out of network services, we are happy to supply a superbill that can be submitted through your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Whether you experience Binge, Anorexia, Bulimia, ARFID, OSFED or other disordered eating behaviors, we have dietitians that specialize in all facets of the eating disorder spectrum.
Step Down Recovery Counseling
Our outpatient nutrition services will help facilitate your transition from a higher level of care treatment facility by providing support, accountability, and adapting to your needs in your daily life.
Emotional Eating
Food can often be used to cope with times of stress or a variety of emotions both distressing and exciting. We will work with you, to help you find a balance in mindful eating and collaborate with your therapist to find coping strategies outside of food.
Body Image & Image Management
We are here to help you manage body image issues, change the way you relate to your body and find a more neutral relationship with your body through our HAES (Health at Every Size) aligned treatment.
Chronic Dieting
